How to find your Ticket ID?

If you purchased through Fever:
Enter your Fever ticket ID..

If you purchased through AccessTicket:

1. Download the AccessTicket app from iOS or Android.
2. Log in with the same email or mobile number used for the purchase and validate with the 2FA code you’ll receive on your phone.
3. On the main screen (My events), select “Primavera Sound Barcelona 2026”.
4. Tap on the Tickets (n) section to view your tickets.
5. Choose any of your tickets from the list.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the ticket details.
7. Locate the “Ticket info” section → there you’ll see the Ticket ID field.
8. Write down your Ticket ID to enter it in the form below.
